Accredited Training Program by the Agricultural University of Athens
The Center for Training and Lifelong Learning (KEDIVIM) of the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA) offers an educational program titled:
"Geospatial Technologies in Secondary Education (Drones, Satellite Images, Cartography, G.I.S.)", with a total duration of 420 teaching hours, delivered entirely through asynchronous online learning.
The program is designed for secondary education teachers, especially those teaching Geography, Geology, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Technology, History, and Religious Studies.
The scientific director of the program is Professor Dionysios Kalyvas from the Department of Natural Resources Management and Agricultural Engineering at AUA.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive an "Advanced Training Certificate", issued by KEDIVIM of AUA, which is accredited for professional development. Participants who attend but do not complete the full program may receive a Certificate of Attendance.
