The Agricultural University of Athens, under the coordination of Vice Rector Mr. Stavros Zografakis, has already undertaken the preparation of studies for the fire-affected areas from last year's wildfire in Varibobi.

The GIS Research Unit of AUA, along with its entire scientific team in the fields of Geoinformatics and Geospatial Technologies, contributes to the digital spatial investigation of this significant natural disaster.
